I purchased the Waring Pro Professional Ice Crusher IO70 from in June of 2014. Two months later, in August, it began to jam, and by mid-September it stopped working altogether.

When I looked at the One Year Warranty, I saw that I have to pay to have it professionally shipped back and returned, an amount that comes to about $30. When I complained about having to pay for shipping for a product that broke after three months, Waring reluctantly agreed to have UPS pick up the packed Ice Crusher and pay for postage themselves. This sounded good, but after I wrapped the package, I never heard from Waring again.

I have no desire at all to throw good money after bad, and am unwilling to pay $30 more to have this piece of junk repaired just so it might last another month or two. What I want is a full refund and no more Waring products in my home.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $79.
